At PACK BAGS, we want you to love your carry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Bag

  Place the unused bag in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
